The Chinese have used facial acupuncture for thousands of years to help the face and body to feel younger. Facial acupuncture is becoming increasingly popular, as people are seeking a natural alternative to fillers and botox. It is natural and safe and gives a healthy rosy glow to the skin as well as minimising the fine lines.
A hectic lifestyle combined with stress and lack of sleep, can have an effect both on inner and outer health.
Inner health reflects the outer health, and acupuncture, including facial acupuncture, is an holistic approach to restore balance of mind, body and spirit.
The results of facial acupuncture is far more subtle compared to surgical facelifts.

What to expect in a consultation
The skin is cleansed with organic products (NY), then tiny sterile needles are inserted on the face, and some needles might be inserted on the body for a relaxing effect, and the treatment is finished by a massage using an organic facial oil and a light gua sha using a jade tool.
Treatment lasts 90 minutes and costs £75
Treatments
I always recommend to come for a first treatment and initial consultation without feeling you have to commit to a session of treatments, you can then see it this is for you if you have never tried facial acupuncture before. For best results I recommend 6-8 weekly treatments.
